I'm sorry to hear about this accident.

If the eyebrow wax was was performed negligently, you should retain an attorney to bring a claim against the establishment and seek damages for your medical bills, lost wages, and future medical needs and pain and suffering.

Please do not hesitate to contact my office if you would like to schedule a consultation.

Whether you have a case depends on exactly what the cause of your scarring was. If the company who did the job did not use industry standards they were probably negligent. What your case is "worth" depends on the nature of the scarring ( you'll need to have the scars evaluated by a plastic surgeon once they have healed.) Whether you can collect depends on the assets of the company and the amount of liability insurance they may have purchased.
