Are you sure that a Provisional License is the type license you want? The reason I ask is because there are three different types of licenses you can apply for in regards to a DUI. One is called an Alcohol Restricted License, the second is called a Route Restricted License and the third is called a Provisional License. A Provisional License is one that you apply for after being convicted. The first two are while the DUI is pending. If you have a DUI that is still pending, then you will want to apply for the Alcohol Restricted or the Route Restricted. There are advantages and disatvantages to both. Also, the Alcohol Restricted has a very strict time frame for applying. The Route Restricted does not.

You are welcome to call if you need more information. I've represented people on DUI for a long time and can probably answer any question you have.

Also, if you go to my web site under Criminal Defense, you will see a lot of questions answered about DUI's and these types of licenses.
