I received am "information Supoena", from a lawyer, am I obligated to answer the questions listed?

Question Details: Letter was to: Lanlord/Owner mailed to my residence which I own. The questions are a about personal information regarding the father of my children, but we are not married but lives in my home. Lawyer is representing credit card comp. and states the outstanding balnce owed.

Yes, you are required to answer the questions and should do so to the best of your ability.  Your failure to do so could result in contempt of court provided that the credit card company's lawyer makes an application against you in court.  If you are found in contempt of court a warrant for your arrest could be issued; however, the chances of that happening are low.
