You can't fight City Hall, or can you?

I am a lawyer in CT and practice in this area of the law.  You need to go to the clerk's office at the court house and ask to open your case.  you will be required to fill out a motion to open.  make sure to provide the reasons (good reasons) why you missed the court dates- i.e. changed address, sick, vacation, someone threw away ticket...  Otherwise, you will have to go to the DM to pay a huge fine to reinstate your license.  once you open the ticket, you should try to get the charges dropped or do some community service or make a charitable contribution to get the charges nollied.  I suggest having a lawyer if you can afford it.
