I am a lawyer in CT and practice in this area of the law.   You need to hire a lawyer to make a motion to modify child support if this is the case.  you need to continue to make the same payments unless a court says otherwise as you will be in contempt of court if you fail to pay and you could be put in jail for not paying child support.

AttorneyPages has verified that this person is an attorney.

Your support remains the same until you file an Order to Show Cause to modify the support.  I would have to run the numbers to get an idea of what the support might be.
