What to do if I paid $8500 cash for a vehicle from a dealership and paid the tax, title and license as well but never received the title?
Question Details: The guy keeps lying to me about it. I filed a complaint with the DMV 60 days after purchase. The DMV investigator contacted me and said the dealer never owned the car he sold me. He also informed me that the car had been damaged in an accident. The DMV will get my title from the 3rd party lender, but I will have to pay Tax title and license again to register and get my plates. Can I sue the dealership owner?
