i need to reopen my bk discharged 6-2-09. i filed 1-7-09 and made pay arrange with an hoa befor jan 09. when i told the new hoa of my disabilty they c
doc letters and dates of a arrears plan.recieved lien process 1-30-09 violat. my rights and autostay. told hoa i could not attend 'show cause and pay or quit 'on 2-16-09. i requested / fax another payment plan. later their council c/c trustee clerk me saying she new nothing of me bOPER and wanted it clearly states in bk after discharge 6-4-09 i recieved quit notice again but they were discharged wrote again to thei council who thought i had council they couldnt okay that because they HOA was afraid of violating law which they have been all along as well as threating to shut my privlages of
