I need to know what I should do?
I need advice asap, My grandmother co-signed for a vehicle for me. My Aunt and Uncle found out, asked my grandmother about it. She is denying it. We purchased the vehicle at Ganly ford west. My Uncle and Aunt are blaming me for stealing from my grandmother. I have not. My grandmother has been like my mother. She has helped me ALOT I admit that. She has paid bills for me with her bank account. I have also but with her approval. I have taken money out of her bank account with her approval. Now that my Aunt and Uncle found out my grandma is denying that she was aware. I dont know what to do?

AttorneyPages has verified that this person is an attorney.

You should contact an attorney immediately. Unfortunately, it is not unheard of for family members  to file criminal charges against someone in your situtation. Whether a prosecutor will actually follow through and indict you depends on many factors, such as the strength of the evidence that support allegations of theft, misappropriation of funds, or some other such activity that may lead to criminal charges.

You may be able to locate an attorney in your local area at attorneypages.com. If you are in central Ohio, you may be able to find additional information on theft and property crimes at our website www.jmoserlaw.com under the subheading criminal defense and subtab theft crime. Good Luck.
