I need to know how to get my license back after being convicted of a dwi. I need to be able to get to and from work. What do I do?
Question Details: This was my 2nd offense. I was arrested in February '09 and served my time from June to July. I currently have a job that my girlfriend cannot keep taking me to since its an hour out of her way. A friend of mine got his back and he is only allowed to drive during his work hours. That would be perfect for me. I understand that I did the crime and I am being punished for it bowever, I still need to provide for my family.

When they review your case, they can tell you whether you qualify for a limited license to drive to work (the same as your friend) and what procedures you must follow.
