If your divorce has been granted in Nevada, it will always be a Nevada divorce, you can't "move" it.  But if there is a child support award in that divorce, or you have another court order awarding child support against your ex, you can have the child support enforced in any court that can get hold of your ex.

There are "uniform acts," called that because they are enacted in identical or nearly-identical form by every state, that cover a wide range of subjects.  Among them are the Uniform Reciprocal Enforcement of Support Act ("URESA")and the Uniform Interstate Family Support Act ("UIFSA"), both of which have a number of ways you can get your child support.  Under URESA, you can go to your local court, file an application for enforcement, and "the system" will then send it to the court for where your ex lives, and they will collect from him, for you.
