I need advice on forcing a boyfriend to move out who is not on the lease..
Question Details: I have been renting a house for about 2 months. My boyfriend is causing problems with me and my neighbors. He is not on the lease, no bills in his name, no mail comes there & pays little or nothing. He said I can't make him move. Landlady does know he stays there. He makes me uncomfortable, I never know what to expect. What is my recourse to force him out. He is a heavy drinker, possibly drugs. Acting very strange lately
contact police or file and ex parte order with st Louis county. I can help. Feel free to contact me

You did not indicate what "acting strangely " means. If you are in fear of your safety then you should definitely contact the police. Otherwise, at this stage the police will be most probably refuse to get involved. Therefore you will have to pursue a civil remedy.
Since your boyfriend is not tenant (that is someone on the lease or paying rent or utilities), he will probably be considered to be a "licensee"; that is someone who entered and remained on the premises with permission. Now that such permission has been revoked the lawful way to remove him from the premises is to serve him with a notice to quit (under these circumstances in some states this notice can be for a little as 3 days, in other as much as 30 days).
If he fails to leave at the end of that time you will have to go through the requisite procedures for eviction in your state. Once the court enters an order for the tenant to vacate the property it will be enforced by the sheriff, using physical force if necessary.
What you need to do now is to speak with an attorney in your area. They will advise you on the correct procedures for all of this. If you fail to comply with these procedures you could find yourself on the receiving end of a lawsuit for unlawful eviction.
