I moved out of our rental house over 30 days ago because they sold the house.We just received the deposit back minus 256.60 for unjust reasons.Rights?

I wish I could advise you, but I don't know what the "unjust reasons" are. I would suggest discussing this with an attorney. If these reasons are not legally justified, then you can notify the landlord that you want the $256.60 back. If they do not return it then you can take legal action and sue them.
