I'm working toward bringing a defamation lawsuit pro se. Where can I find sample defamation complaints from which to model mine?
Question Details: Would the local courthouse have past defamation litigation complaints and if so how would I look them up? As a second count, I'm considering invasion of privacy. The individuals have already been sent cease and desist requests and have chosen to accelerate their bahavior. Any other advise would be appreciated. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
