The general rule is that it is very difficult to get a verdict set aside. Post-conviction remedies are highly complicated legal matters. Even when you have a strong issue/basis to challenge a conviction, doing so requires the skill of an experienced criminal defense attorney, and even at that point is never a sure thing. I suggest that you consult with the attorney who represented you at trial, or, if you represented yourself, you clearly need to consult with a local attorney to discuss this matter in greater detail and to evaluate any and all issues that you could raise in challenging your conviction.
