Can I sue on my own if I'm part of a class action lawsuit and am not happy with the settlement?

It needs to be determined whether or not, by participating in the class action lawsuit, you gave up your legal right to sue as an individual. Perhaps you haven't unless you agree to and accept the settlement offer.  I do not know the terms of the class action so I advise you to consult a lawyer in your area experienced with class action lawsuits to find out if you still have a legal right to sue individually. The lawyer, after carefully reviewing the case, can also determine if you are getting the best deal with the class action settlement or if it would be worth it to sue on your own.  Do this as soon as possible because you will need to decide if you want to accept the settlement offer.
