Question: Divorce, Marriage, Alimony - Ohio

i'm married but going threw a divorce a divorce can i give my baby my last name my divorce won't be final by the time the baby is born.

The Courts will not divorce a pregnant woman in Ohio. Your husband is the legal father of the child and the hospital may put his name on the birth certificate.
