I'm being sued for premise liability, but the premise mentioned in the suit does not belong me nor do I have any records of it. What should I do?

Document that you do not have any connection to the premises. If you truly have no connection, there is nothing to sue you over.

It is probably worthwhile getting a lawyer to help you with the response and with submitting the documentation to the plaintiff's attorney, to make sure it is done properly, in the way most likely to end this matter quickly and cleanly.
