Although I do not practice law in the State of New Hamphire, here are my initial impressions.  It is not unusual for a guilty party to attempt to point the finger at someone else to escape their own liability.  Unfortunately, this makes you a victim in several ways.  Nevertheless, a good defense attorney may be able to defend these charges, especially if the truth is on your side.  In any event, however, you absolutely need to hire an attorney to prevent any more harm from being done to you.  Good luck.
