I live in the state of Indiana, do I have personal liability as a former HOA president for legal bills relating to the dissolution of the HOA?

Question Details: 2 years ago, our HOA brought suite against the developers for non performance and lost the case based on the fact that our HOA was not current on being registered in by state (elapsed, unbeknownst to the officers). The HOA was disolved by the court. Now I have been named individually by the attys who handled the case because the current HOA refuses to pay the bill of the former HOA that I was President of.
