I live in Ohio. How do I correct an auto title so that it is in my name?

Question Details: Many years ago I bought a classic car at the Auburn IN auto auction from an individual. The info on the back of the title is incomplete & incorrect. It has never been completely taken out of the last person's name who sold it. I have a bill of sale & receipt for the purchase. I did not notice this until many years later when I tried to get plates & insurance. The DMV told us to have the car changed into a salvage car with a salvage title, but I can't do this because it is a classic complete car. How do I get this car put in my name? I sent info to DMV, but they could not help me.
