How do I get wages garnished without having to pay attorney's fees?
Question Details: My child support order has been in place for 8 years. I have full custody due to my child's fathers issues with alcohol abuse. He constantly threatens not to pay me my monthly child support. I have spent over $14,000 in legal fees over the past 8 year and I just can afford to get an attorney.
