How do I answer a summons and complaint under simplified civil procedure from Citibank?
Question Details:
I live in Colorado and received a summons and complaint under simplified civil procedure for a Citibank account. The debt is valid, I fell behind on payments due to loss of income. I need help completing the Answer Under Simplified Civil Procedure form.

It should be easy enough to complete. Mimic the top portions of the summons onto the top portion of the answer -- you are the defendant. Then you basically answer the questions like how much do you owe, give any explanations for the debt or why you think you should not owe.
