i hit a car with 4people in it with no insurance. i have a dwi . what could happen to me. i'm scared

Did you get the DWI as a result of this accident?  Am I correct, you are the party with no insurance?

First, if you have a prior DWI, that will have little affect on this accident, though expect to be sued and for it to be an issue to inflame the jury.  If you got the DWI as a result of this accident, you need a lawyer and you need it now.  Expect to loose your license to drive for some period of time (is this your first DWI, 2nd?).  If you are found guilty of DWI, expect a strict penalty, no insurance and a DWI with accident is not likely to get a probation offer, expect jail time between 6 months and a year.

If you had the DWI before the accident, were you on probation?  If so, expect the probation officer to file a Motion to Revoke Suspension of jail sentence.  Driving without financial responsibility in and of itself seldom results in a Motion to Revoke, but if there is an accident, you can expect one to be filed.
