Change in "look-back" law

I hear that Arkansas has changed the look back law to 10 years? What if your DWI's were before the law changed?

I am a lawyer in CT and practice in this area of the law. the law in effect at the time of the new charge will govern whether the prior DWI's count. I suggest that you hire a lawyer to help you hear as DWI law is very complicated as the statutes change. I think that the law that exists now is going to potentially keep those priors in play and you may be exposed to jail time. this is why you need to hire a lawyer.
