I have worked for an employer for a month and should have had 2 paydays but have yet to be paid, what steps do I need to do to resolve this issue?

I would speak to your employer about the need for you to be paid by a date certain. If you do not get paid what is owed in wages you should consult with a family law attorney and/or a representative with your local department of labor as to what your legal recourse is.
