Is "FA" Florida?  It depends on what the warrant is for - if it is for atraffic ticket it is unlikely it is an interstate warrant and so unlikely you would be arrested in a state other than Colorado. However, if it is a traffic violation, when you go to renew your license in your home state, they likley will refuse to renew it until you clear up the Colorado matter.

If the warrant is for a felony offense it is likely it is an interstate warrant and you could get arrested on it in anotehr state. If it si for a misdemenaor, it would likely depend on the misdemeanor and maybe even the facts of the case whether it was an interstate warrant.
