Rights to property

I have lived in a property for 15 years. My cousins name is on the deed. I have paid the taxes. Now he wants to put me out. What can I do?

You need to hire a lawyer, wouldn't you agree? Adverse possession, if you qualify under that theory, has to be for 21 years in Pennsylvania.

What can you do? Not much. It's your cousins house. Did you pay him rent? If not you may owe him if the fair rental value was more than the taxes you paid.
