What to do if I've had time with my daughter every Monday, Thursday, and every other weekend but now my ex will not allow me to have her on Mondays?
Question Details: I'm a great dad who just wants to see his daughter; she's 3 years old. We have never been to court but have had this arrangement for over a year. Does she have the right to take her away like this?

Since the girl's mother is the main custodial parent, and you do not have a court order regarding custody (or anything in writing), the mother may set the rules as to when you may visit. You need to get some sort of visitation schedule in writing that you can both agree to (maybe every other Monday -- make it a long weekend?). But get it in writing and get her to sign it.
