I have felony warrants for identity theft in WA state, if I move will they extradite?

Question Details: I have credit cards in my mother's name and she has turned me in. There are 11 credit cards. I was told that it will be identity theft. Is it a count for each one and if I run to another state, would WA state extradite me?
