If I have a suspended license, no insurance, and got into an auto accident which was 100% the other driver's fault, what am I entitled to?
Question Details: No police report no citations given and other party admits fault. Driver was under 18 with permit learning how to drive. I had passenger in vehicle whom was injured; I was not but have been seen doctors and chiropractor. My vehicle was totaled and other insurance company paid for it.
Sounds like you got what you are entitled to from the other insurance company. If you weren't hurt, and there is no other uncompensated damage, what do you want? The passanger with the personal injury of course has a claim. You are lucky you did not get a citation for driving with suspended license.
