Insurance Law Law Answers

I am a lawyer in CT and practice in this area of the law. I suggest that you hire a lawyer as the company is not complying with its promise as you say.  Depending on the date that the insurance company breached its contract wiht you, there may be some statute of limitations issues with a claim against the insurance company.  bring all the med bills together with all insurance policies and correspondence to your lawyer to review.
