If I have a lien on a truck and the person has not made any payments, how do I go about selling it?
Question Details:
I loaned someone the full amount for a truck, about $10,000. He has not made any payments in over 3 months. How can I sell it? He first put the truck in his name and then I got new paperwork as lienholder.
