I have a lawyer in this case and I'm not happy. Can I change lawyers and also sue the homeowner, whose negligence caused my fall?

Question Details:

I fell off a ladder and later on learned it was the homeowner's ladder, not my boss. Do I have a case to sue the homeowner?

Ladder cases are treated specially under New York's Labor code and have ramifications that can extend beyond the worker's comp realm.  The homeowner may have negligence depending on a variety of circumstances.  Please call us at (800) 910-0529 to discuss your case.  Thank you.  bbpc-law.com
