If I have a juvenile drugcharge that is expunged, can I have that record completely erased?

For the most part a criminal expungement is a complete erasure of the criminal offense from your criminal record. An expungement allows you to say truthfully that you have never been convicted of a crime. If your case has already been expunged, then it should not appear at all on your public record.
