You should talk to an attorney.  Unfortunately that link above provided by the previous poster is inaccurate.  The link says that an expunction is available if the offense was committed before the 18th birthday.  But the statute says that an expunction is avilalble if the conviction is entered before the 18th birthday.

In addition, you get one expunction for a single offense. It depends on how the B&Es were handled. Were they two separate convictions? Talk to an attorney.

Here is a link to a site that I think you will find to be of help:  http://www.ncsu.edu/stud_affairs/legal_services/legaldocs/ExpungeSheet.htm.  It references Wake County but the procedure is pretty much the same state-wide.

Depending on just what the offenses were specifically (ie drug-related, for example), you may be a candidate for expungement.  Again, the above site will explain in greater detail.

At this point, you should consult with an attorney in your area.  You can find one at: www.AttorneyPages.com.

Best of luck.
