I have 10/20/10 Bi Liability and $10K PD in Florida policy. If im in accident and ast fault is my personal property and savings at risk?

If the damage and injuries you've caused are severe enough, yes, it's possible that a judgment against you could lead to the injured people going after your property and savings.  This is why most attorneys recommend getting much more than a bare-legal-minimum policy like this;  it will save you getting prosecuted for driving without insurance, but not a whole lot more, in today's world.

I'd recommend a single-individual liability limit of $100,000, for anyone who owns a home or has other significant assets.  The premium isn't that much more, and it will cover a far larger range of possible cases, both directly and over an even larger range because of settlement value:  in many states, the law favors an insurance company that "offers the policy," meaning offers a settlement at the policy limit, and this makes plaintiffs tend to accept those offers even on potentially larger claims.
