If I had a judgement against me for credit card debt that I paid it in full, is there anyway to have it removed from my credit report?

You should get a court certified copy of the release and satisfaction of the judgment from the creditor. Such a documet should be filed in the Court which rendered the Judgment. Then a certifed copy of the recorded release should be sent to the credit reporting services. The fact that the judgment at one time existed will still be noted for a while, but the fact that it has been pain in full will reflect favorably.
