I had a green arrow. Other driver ran a red light but says it was a green light for her. Her insurance company will not assume liability. Where 2 go?

Question Details: I have a tid bit of a traffic surveillance camera. You can faintly see my green arrow. I have no independent witnesses besides the passengers in my car. I also did not have insurance on my vehicle that day. she initially took fault until the officer told her I didn't't have insurance. The adjuster told me he can see my green arrow but says it doesn't't tell him what color light his insured had. Do I have any recourse?

Go to the police department and request a copy of the police report...it's public information.  Then, consult an attorney about pursuing a claim against their insurance company.
