I had a Chapter 7 bankruptcy discharged last year, can a medical collector not associated with the bankruptcy, take an exempt car from me?
Question Details: I got sick after the discharge and went into the hospital and have a new medical bill of a balance of $2950 that I am paying $5 per month on.
