I got into an auto accident and it was my fault. Now i have to go to traffic court. Should i hire a lawyer? Or what will happen if i go in alone?

Why do you have to go to traffic court? Did you get a ticket for reckless driving? Did you not qualify for any type of traffic school? What is the charge/ticket for? Was your license suspended/revoked?
