What are your options when your worker's compensation terminated?

Worker's comp is a statutory scheme of compensation that fixes the amount of money that you may be able to collect.  Were you represented by a lawyer?  It appears that you did not get the beneifts that you are entitled to as your employer likely claimed that your doctor says you are not getting any better and the employer paid you all the money for the weeks your were due based on your back injury.  I suggest that you hire a lawyer to review your entire file and obtain a copy of all the medical bills and so forth.  you need to have a lawyer determine whether you are entitled to more compensation under the statute.  Most worker's comp lawyers will meet with you for free and take 20% of what they collect.
