I am a lawyer in CT and practice in this area of the law. In most states, DUI is taken very seriously. for a 2nd offense in CT you are required to spend 4 months in jail. PA is very similar i would imagine. I suggest hiring a lawyer to look into whether you have a valid defenses and exhausting all your resources. I expect that you are facing some jail time.
