If I formed an LLC in one state while living there but have recently moved to another state, can I still keep my the LLC in my old state?
Question Details:
Revenue of the LLC will now be earned in both states. Can I keep the LLC even if the address of the business is now in a different state? If so, do I need to do anything else to do business in my new state?
You may keep the LLC in the original state but you will have to foreign file your LLC in your new state. Make sure you keep up with all of the filing requirements in both the original state and the new foreign state.
