What to do I filed for divorce a year ago but it has still not been finalized because my ex-wife refuses to take the required parenting class?
Question Details: I have my child every other week, for a week at a time . My ex signed a notorized agreement for to the custody terms but won't take the parenting class so we can go before a judge. What can I do to get this divorce finalized?

You should file a motion to compel your spouse to take the parenting class. If your spouse still refustes, file a contempt and a motion to waive the requirement.
