If I fell/slipped coming out of a store, if injured myself what damages can I seek to recover?

Question Details:

I fell/slipped/tripped (not sure) coming out of a store. I sprained my ankle pretty bad. I do not have medical insurance or am I eligible for disability. I work FT and go to school FT. I have not worked in 45 days because it is a safety issue where I work and I had to drop out of school and I have to repay the money for school (which I do not have.) Can I sue and win-lost wages, medical bills, pain and suffering, tuition reimbursement?
