I fell in the parking lot and dislocated my shoulder and they told me they were not responsable. My shoulder now come out if I push it to far.

You need to see an attorney who can file a workers compensation claim for you. If you still need medical care for the shoulder, it should be paid for. I don't know if this will get your job back, although it might. It's possible that your shoulder problem would rate some permanent partial disability, and if so, you'd get some money for that.
