Personal Injury Law Answers

The Indian tribes are sovereign nations.  You should contact the tribe headquarters and obtain their rules/ procedures regarding filing personal injury claims.  If you miss the filing deadline, you won't have a case.  You should have also filed an accident report at the casino to document that the injury occurred.
