If I discharged a Chapter 7 approximately 9 months ago and after the discharge I was sent a snow plow bill that I was unaware of, what are my options?

If your snow plow bill occured prior to your filing ch 7 and there were no assets in your estate this debt is discharged with the other debts that were discharged in your petition
