I caught my wife cheating on me

Question Details:

I caught my wife and her boyfriend cheating on me at our house and this was happened about 2 months ago. I am a new immigrant under IR1 category and that time when it was happened I was just 2 weeks in our house which is actually her parent's house. After I caught them I immediately told her parents about it, but for no reason their parents became angry and they told me to leave their house so now I am at my cousin's house. My question is, how can I sue her with what she had done to me? I just started my work last week and this is my first job here in US.  Pls help me; I need justice. Thanks

California is a no fault state. Before you file for divorce, you should consult with an immigration attorney to determine whether a pending dissolultion action will affect your immigration status, and also whether your spouse has a federally mandated support obligation toward you.

You can file for divorce (just make sure that it does not affect your immigration status).  Here's a site that will explain things further:  http://www.courtinfo.ca.gov/selfhelp/family/divorce/
