I can't get a collection company to tell me why I owe them money and they won't remove it from my credit reports, what can I do?

Dear Creditly Harassed:  You may have to file suit to seek a declaratory judgment, whereby the Court will find and rule that you do not owe the creditor any money.  And in so doing, you may also wish to make a claim for credit disparagement, harassment, and damage to your credit by reason of their fals and baseless claims.
